The META-BAC® Direct-Fed Live Microbial System is a temperature-controlled system for the delivery of research-proven strains of microbials.

The system’s refrigerated unit keeps valuable microbials alive and in a state of dormancy. Then the microbials are delivered to the feed, they become active and viable so they will function in the animal. Refrigeration also prevents the growth of unwanted contamination organisms that can thrive in warm systems.

Computer-controlled impellers inside the tank keep the microbials evenly suspended throughout the delivery suspension. When pumped out, the microbials are uniformly dispersed throughout the ration.
