IMPROVES QUALITY ASSURANCE, OPERATING EFFICIENCY,
AND INVENTORY CONTROL

The DRUG-TRAC Animal Health System affords beef producers a real-time, interactive chute-side information and management system. As a comprehensive health management solution, DRUG-TRAC optimizes health performance on an individual animal basis, automates quality assurance, and user-friendly interactive chute-side terminals provide extensive information with frictionless data transfer.

Enhanced Quality Assurance

  • Single point data entry eliminates handling data multiple times creating a paperless hospital treatment program.
  • Simple numeric commands execute the user-friendly menu options.
  • Real-time communications with the office host computer means that chute-side users access up-to-date data. Treatment information is immediately transferred to the host eliminating manual data transfer.

Hardware and Configurations

A high-performance server computer means information can be entered and retrieved quickly and easily with integration into your network. All data is backed up nightly preserving valuable information. Rugged chute-side terminals enclosed in steel and plexiglass give users a convenient and protected workstation. A portable notebook computer can be carried to chutes where no power or shelter is available. Real-time communications are conducted via data cable or high-speed, long-range radio frequency modems that can connect hospitals and even other feedyards.
