AUTOMATED PRECISION DOSING INSTRUMENT DISPENSES PHARMACEUTICALS
ON AN INDIVIDUAL ANIMAL WEIGHT-DEPENDENT DOSAGE BASIS
AUTO-DOSE® is a precision management tool
that loads and administers liquid pharmaceutical products
to beef animals on an individual animal, weight-dependent
dosage basis. Used solely in conjunction with the DRUG-TRAC®
Animal Health System, ATUO-DOSE® is an integral health
management tool which process verifies and optimizes health
treatment products and animal performance.

How the Systems Work
DRUG-TRAC® automatically reads the electronic
scale and determines the animal’s weight. A programmed,
prescribed animal therapy contains the weight-dependent dosage
specification and multiplies the dose by the weight. DRUG-TRAC®
communicates with AUTO-DOSE® and automatically loads the
dispensing syringes. Depressing the air-driven trigger dispenses
the pharmaceutical to the intended location. The treatment
is accurately recorded in DRUG-TRAC® with applicable charges
assigned to that animal.
A Unique System
No other animal health system combines
the unique features of automatic weight dependent dosage
calculations, automated medicine delivery, and automatic
safe-to-ship calculations together in one integrated
package. The patented DRUG-TRAC® System from Micro
Beef Technologies has been the standard computerized
animal health system in the United States beef industry
since its inception in 1986. The patented Phillips Auto
Dose Dosing System has been the only system of its kind
since it was introduced by NJ Phillips in Australia.
